Our products can be refunded within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 30 days

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for refund.

The process would be as follows:

1. Send an email with a photo clearly showing the concern or flaw to cu*************@ou**********.art with the order number.
2. We would reply to assist and addres your concerns within 24 Hours.
3. If you are still unhappy, we refund the payment.
4. You keep the product, no need to return.
